Hello=P

Hello, everyone=P Actually lotsa ppl keep on asking me to blog in english..coz they couldn't read my blog in chinese..well..now i'm writing it!! haha=)And hopefully my english won't be that bad for you guys to understand it=)
Hmm..perhaps i should update a bit about my life here..okie..i'm attending Dunedin Chinese Methodist Church now..it is a typical methodist church..in fact, it is exactly the same with the one i used to attend in Kuching. However the congregation here is much smaller..hmm..perhaps about 40++ people..hmm..not sure.. never really count the number..anyway it is a small church where everyone gets to know each other quite well..and guess what..i found another Josephine here!!! haha..she's from Singapore and doing pharmacy in Otago U=)and yea..get to know lotsa Sarawakians here as well..those from Sibu especially.. there is a whole bunch of Foochow ppl here=P
Okie..moving on to my course..health science first year=P well, it is not a difficult course according to our seniors..but is kinda competitive between all the health sciencers...coz they all are competiting really hard to go into med or dent=)
I'm now staying at a hall of residence..a self catered hall=)So..i gonna learn how to cook..hehe..in fact, coming here really makes me miss my mum a lot=P miss her cooking o..=Pcoz my cooking is not as impressive as my mum's(of course).back at home, i rarely cook..hehe=P anyway, i'm learning bit by bit now..haha..i dun wanna to starve myself here..and yea..i find it interesting to learn cooking...okie,moving on to my flatmates...staying here, there are 2 other Malaysians..but they are both from west msia=P one indian gal(Sammini) and another chinese gal(Ginny)..i have another two flatmates from other countries..one is Samoan from NZ and another one is Indian from Fiji..well, both of them are leaving though..so, i shall expect new flatmates for next sem=P
Hmm..i guess i should tell a little bit more about the place here..hehe=) The place where i'm staying now is not a big city but a small and quiet place where most of the residents are students from Otago U..that's why i heard seniors saying that-here will be very deserted during summer holiday..coz everyone is going back home=P The biggest mall here is called Meridian Mall which is only slightly bigger or maybe i should say...almost the size of Giant mall nearby Intec..perhaps the people here don't enjoy shopping that much.hyaks=P..however, here is more like a natural place..they have lotsa breathtaking sceneries here!!! but, too bad..i dun have a camera..if not, i would have taken lotsa pics=P The weather here is kinda unpredictable...it can be very sunny in the morning, and suddenly hail in the evening..so, staying here, i learn to look at the weather forecast more often..oh yea..it was snowing here last friday!!!Yay!!My first snow=P When it was snowing, it wasn't that cold..but when it stopped, it was really freezing cold!!!perhaps it is something to do with the latent heat of the water..haha=P
And..yea..i just finished my last paper this morning..will be having 3 week holidays starting from now!!Yay!!!Haven't figure out what to do during this long break though..hehe..hopefully i won't idle away my time like what i usually do...dun wanna be a professional time waster=P
